Ms. Bell joined White Arnold & Dowd P.C. in 2022. Her practice primarily involves civil and complex litigation, representing individuals and corporate clients as plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases.
Mr. Milner joined White Arnold and Dowd P.C. in 2024 from the United States Attorney’s Office, where he served as the Lead Task Force Attorney for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. He has over ten years of experience as a trial attorney and specializes in both civil and criminal litigation.
