Jackson M. Neal Among Graduates of Class 18 of the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum

Birmingham, AL – White Arnold & Dowd P.C. is pleased to announce that shareholder Jackson M. Neal successfully completed the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum program and is a graduate of Class 18. The Leadership Forum works to develop lawyers into servant-minded leaders in the Bar, the community, and the state. Through servant leadership, graduates become models of ethical and professional behavior both within and outside the legal community.  Fellow firm members Laura S. Gibson (Class 3), Kitty Rogers Brown (Class 8), and Lisha L. Graham (Class 15) are graduates of the program and active members of the Leadership Forum Alumni Section. 

A Birmingham native, Mr. Neal joined White Arnold & Dowd in 2021 after practicing with a civil defense firm in Birmingham for over 5 years. Mr. Neal primarily focuses on civil and complex litigation and he practices in state and federal courts throughout Alabama. He has experience representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of cases, including construction litigation and indemnity actions, contractual disputes, fraud, products liability, premises liability, outrage, and commercial transportation matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Neal counsels individuals and corporate clients on matters involving business formation, corporate structure, and contracts. Having served on the Young Lawyers Executive Committees for both the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar, Mr. Neal continues to serve the profession through the BBA Grievance Committee and the ASB Bench and Bar Relations Committee. He is a graduate of the BBA’s Future Leaders Forum and a former member of Rotaract Club of Birmingham.
