Biography
Mr. Milner joined White Arnold and Dowd P.C. in 2024 from the United States Attorney’s Office, where he served as the Lead Task Force Attorney for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. He has over ten years of experience as a trial attorney and specializes in both civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Milner also counsels clients involving business formation, corporate structure, internal investigations, and contract negotiations. He serves as a Trial Team Coach and Adjunct Faculty Member at Cumberland School of Law, teaching Jury Selection, Alabama Criminal Procedure, and Basic Skills in Trial Advocacy courses.
Mr. Milner and his wife, April, are members of Shades Mountain Baptist Church. They enjoy spending time together and with their children, Charlotte, Bennett, and Evie.
